Shadow Lines Transportation Group prides itself with a strong well-developed customer base. An effective strategy has been to determine customer's needs and priorities, and then meet those needs with dependable quality service. While many companies can do the job, Shadow Lines Transportation Group strives to be the one that can do it well consistently.

Shadow Lines Transportation Group highway fleet consists of over 220 tractors and over 1100 pieces of equipment. The trailer equipment is very diversified including container chassis, flat decks, dry vans, and pneumatic trailers. Most of the maintenance on the trailing equipment is done in-house by certified mechanics in our Langley and Calgary terminals. The high ratio of trailers to power units enables Shadow Lines Transportation Group to take on large and equipment intensive contracts.

Shadow Lines Transportation Group has its head office in Langley, BC on a 7-acre site in Port Kells with 12,000 square feet of office space, and a six bay shop. The company operates its container fleet of 115 trucks from this terminal, transporting containers to and from all local Vancouver Ports and back and forth between Vancouver and the deep-sea ports of Seattle and Tacoma. Also based out of our Langley facility is our Logistics Solutions and Heavy Haul/Line haul Divisions. These divisions specialize in hauling all types of TL and LTL freight on various types of equipment to every point in Canada, the USA and Mexico, also specializing in overseas shipments including ocean and airfreight.

Our Prairie Region

Shadow Lines Transportation Group has recently experienced tremendous growth in its Prairie Region, which operates out of four offices: Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and our most recent addition Saskatoon.

The Prairie Region specializes in the oil and gas industry with continued growth and experience in the transportation of all dimensions of pipe and equipment into pipeline projects throughout Northern British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. This region has the capability of successfully completing large projects due to the large fleet of tri-axles, trombones and step decks. Our transportation experience includes hauling general merchandise with extensive experience in pre-cast concrete, construction material, farm machinery, forestry products, structural steel and containers.
